We are looking for an experienced Uber Eats & Spar2U Manager to oversee and grow our retail delivery operations.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Proven management experience
• Good administrative experience
• Experience managing staff/teams
• Strong understanding of retail operations (Spar2U experience advantageous)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of Uber Eats and Spar2U services
• Manage and supervise staff to ensure efficient service delivery
• Monitor performance, productivity, and customer service standards
• Ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries
• Implement operational improvements and resolve service issues
• Coordinate with retail teams to maintain stock accuracy and workflow
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
