**The IT ENTERPRISE MANAGER will be responsible for**:

- Coordinating, planning and leading all IT related activities
- Creating synergy between people, partners, processes and technology
- Determine the IT needs and take responsibility for implementing Computer Systems as well as other IT related interventions
- Plan, analyse, problem-solve and execute.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
**Formal qualifications**
- IT Service Management (ITIL v3/v4)
- Project Management (AGILE/Waterfall)
- Change Management (AGILE)
- Information Management Degree or relevant qualification
- Enterprise Architecture (TOGAFF)
- Professional registration or membership of ICITP (Institute of Chartered IT Professionals)

**Job-related experience**
- 5 Years of Business Relationship Management and enterprise leadership
- 5 years of Business Analysis
- 5 years of IT Management
- 5 Years of Data Analysis (e.g., SQL queries)
- 3-5 years of Report Building (e.g., Power BI)
- 2-3 years of Office 365 (Business Efficiency Tools: i.e., Visio, Power Apps, Planner etc.)
- Fruit Export Experience and INCO terms
