Education (Minimum) Honours Degree in Analytical/Data/Technical Education (Ideal or Preferred) Doctoral Degree in Analytical/Data/Technical Knowledge and Experience Experience: 10+yrs in data and analytics management in a senior role overseeing a large organizational unit Experience in engaging with executive stakeholders Experience in managing senior team members and/or large teams Proven experience of using influence and relationships to drive and achieve objectives, driving adoption of new ways of work with the required organisation wide buy-in Ideally; Experience in Financial Services or Fintech Working in a large enterprise organization in a network based structure Function/technical specific: Experience of identifying and associating strategic business requirements Generating value through advanced analytics that generate business value Driving a pragmatic and creative approach to developing and delivering meaningful insights within given constraints such as data availability, time, and resources Sound understanding of the analytics capabilities to be able to lead and direct the required capability areas Knowledge: Solid understanding of the analytics capabilities to be able to lead and direct the required capability areas Knowledge of advanced analytical capabilities that can be applied to data and information to generate insights Knowledge and experience of the data product life cycle/value chain. Expert knowledge of analytics best practice and data management Commercial, business and financial principles and practices. Building and developing effective teams.
