- To support and enhance the business intelligence capabilities within the organization by maintaining and developing Power BI models, managing internal data assets, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports. **Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in a data analyst or BI analyst role.
- DAMA Certified Data Management Professional Practice (CDMP), preferably practitioner level, would be highly recommended
- Experience with data integration and management across multiple sources.
- Strong understanding of data modelling and visualization best practices and maintenance of key performance indicators.
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI essential.
- Experience in a similar role in the insurance industry is recommended

- Advanced coding skills in one or more of the following: SQL, Java, R, Python, etc.
- Strong modelling skills including experience in performing statistical investigations and building pricing / predictive / machine learning models
