**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the carpet and flooring industry or related field
- Strong network of contacts in the real estate, architecture, and interior design sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Knowledge of carpet and flooring products, trends, and installation methods is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s presence in the carpet and flooring market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including estate agencies, architects, interior designers, contractors, and property developers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Present product offerings and services to potential clients, showcasing the quality, durability, and design versatility of the company’s carpet and flooring solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-installation follow-up.
