- Answering telephones and taking of messages
- Preparation, formatting and correcting legal documents including, but not limited to, heads of argument, affidavits, discovery spreadsheets (requiring advanced Excel functionality)
- Transcription of voice recordings and Teams Meetings
- Compilation, bookmarking and hyperlinking of PDF documents for use as electronic bundles in court;
- Preparation of invoices, statements and following up on payments
- Assisting with the running of the Pro Bono Committee by circulating notices, communicating with members on duty, circulating notices and managing the annual submission of Pro Bono Certificate
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- 3 years experience within the legal industry ( litigation )
- High levels of competence in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Relevant qualification would be advantageous
