**Job Title: Recruitment Specialist**
**Location**: South Africa (Recruiting for job in Canada)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Reports To**: Managing Director

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
- Prepare job offers and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including negotiating salaries and onboarding new employees.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Assist in employer branding and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience in recruiting for multiple industries or functions.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Strong negotiating and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
