**About the Role**:
Rathbone Farms is a small, passionate, and growing business based in Durbanville. We produce raw honey and handcrafted beeswax skincare products and sell them at local markets on weekends. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable student to join our team as a **Weekend Market Sales Assistant**.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is curious about natural products, and is excited to learn about small-scale agriculture, bees, skincare, and sales. You’ll be the face of our brand at markets - sharing the story of our products, helping customers, and managing the stall with pride.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Setting up and packing down the market stall (must be punctual and dependable)
- Engaging with customers and sharing product knowledge (we’ll train you)
- Handling sales and payments
- Keeping the display looking beautiful and well-stocked
- Representing the values of Rathbone Farms: honest, down-to-earth, and naturally inspired

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A student (or recent graduate) with an interest in agriculture, skincare, beauty, sustainability, or entrepreneurship
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in a public setting
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work early mornings on weekends
- Physically able to help with setting up the stall (tables, gazebos, boxes, etc.)
- Bonus if you have a driver’s license and/or access to transport
