**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Officer with strong administrative skills to join our Human Resources Department. The HR Officer will support the HR Manager to ensure efficient administrative processes and contributing to a positive work environment. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records and to support HR wide company initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administration Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, filing documents, and coordinating HR processes.
- **Employee Records Management**: Ensure that personnel files are organized, up-to-date, and comply with legal and company standards. Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information.
- **HR Reporting**: Generate daily, weekly and monthly HR reports, such as attendance records, recruitment metrics, and other key performance indicators to support decision-making.
- **Policy Implementation**: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure that employees are informed about company policies, benefits, and resources.
- **Payroll Support**: Collaborate with the finance team to provide accurate employee information for payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate compensation, this include managing staff movement such as recruitment and terminations.
- **Employee Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures, providing timely and accurate information.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,
- 2-3 Proven experience as an HR Officer or in similar administrative roles within HR.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
