**Minimum requirements**:
**Compliance and ISO qualifications preferably, Diploma or BTech in Quality and Internal Audit qualifications**

**Strong MS Word and EXCEL.**

**Duties**

**1. Obtain ISO 9001:2015 certification annualy**

**2. Administering and control of the company’s ISO and related systems including but not limited to**

**a. Development and maintenance of ISO documentation, policies, procedures etc**

**b. Audit of ISO documentation, procedures etc**

**c. Review of ISO documentation, policies and procedures**

**d. Assisting any department with internal audit requirements**

**e. Internal policy & procedural assessments / verifications e.g vehicle policy - vehicle checks, fixed asset verification etc**

**3. Compliance Management and control including but not limited to**

**a. Assisting departments with audits etc**

**b. Ensuring Compliance via**

**i. Training and education**

**ii. Internal audits**

**iii. Maintaining and implementing MSAF’s policies and procedures in line with Mitsubishi Groups’ policies and procedures**

**4. Control and Administration of company’s motor vehicles including but not limited to**:
**a. Registration as proxy with local authorities**

**b. Control and administration of traffic fines**

**c. Control and administration of motor vehicle licences and registrations**

**5. Control and Administration of company’s cell phones / mobile devices**

**6. Any other task that you may reasonably be requested to perform within your ability.**

**Experience/Qualification**

**Looking for a dynamic person, preferably with experience in ISO and Compliance.**
