The Role

We are looking for results-driven Sales Representatives with a confident and engaging phone manner. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoy helping customers recover money that’s rightfully theirs, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their claims.

Explaining our services and guiding customers through their options.

Using proven sales techniques to build trust and secure client commitments.

Answering customer questions in a professional and friendly manner.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and company offerings.

What We’re Looking For

3-4 years of experience in a telephony sales role.

A neutral English accent and clear, professional communication skills.

A strong sales mindset with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.

The ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence.

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.

Pay: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
