Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the reassuring voice customers hear when they need help the most. Whether it's a delivery query, a product issue, or a question they just can’t figure out, you'll take full ownership to get it sorted — keeping them informed, supported, and feeling looked after from start to finish.
It’s a fast-paced environment, but you’ll be backed by a supportive team and great training. If you're the kind of person who stays calm under pressure, enjoys getting stuck into a challenge, and always puts the customer first, you’ll thrive here.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Taking inbound calls and helping customers with a wide range of queries
- Listening carefully to understand the issue and working quickly to find the right solution
- Setting clear expectations and keeping customers in the loop
- Using multiple systems confidently while staying focused on the conversation
- Collaborating with your team and sharing ideas to improve the customer experience
**What We’re Looking For**:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably for UK or international campaigns)
- Minimum Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and listening skills - you’re great at putting people at ease
- Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems during a call
- Calm, patient, and resilient — especially when things get a little tough
- Able to work UK hours on a rotational shift pattern
- Reliable transport to and from our Ballito site is essential
