**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Support the team in direct communication with customers through product sampling, feedback, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- **Laboratory Services**: Assist with laboratory activities including product testing, sampling, and analysis to ensure product quality and safety.
- **New Product Development**: Contribute to the development of new food products by providing valuable insights and technical support during trials.
- **Industry Research**: Stay updated on trends and technical developments in the food industry to support Ingrain’s technical services and meet customer needs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A **National Diploma** or **BTech/BSC** in Food Technology or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving ability, with a passion for innovation and learning.
- Excellent communication and networking skills to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively.
- Project management skills are a plus.
