**Position**: Collections Agent
**Business Unit**: Finance / Collections
**Commencement**: ASAP

**Purpose of the Role**
To manage and drive collections by engaging with members, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring accounts are up to date — all while delivering a professional and supportive customer experience. This role requires a confident individual with strong sales and negotiation skills who can meet and exceed collection targets.

**Key Performance Areas**
- Proactively contact members on outbound campaigns to secure payments
- Manage payment arrangements via telephonic and written correspondence
- Negotiate repayment solutions while maintaining strong relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly collections targets
- Accurately update and process all collections information
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

**Competencies Required**
- Proven collections and/or sales experience (essential)
- Target-driven and results-oriented
- Strong negotiation and influencing ability
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Professional interpersonal skills with brand-conscious presentation
- Organised, dependable, and resilient under pressure
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous collections experience within hospitality, timeshare, or finance advantageous
- Familiarity with First Group portfolios advantageous
- Bilingual skills beneficial

**To Apply**:
Pay: R6 000,00 - R7 000,00 per month
