Brief description

The position of Occupational Health technical is to offer a professional and thorough medical assessment as per ILS policy and procedure for any client requested by ILS admin/ISS recruitment.

Tasks
- Conduct pre-employment full medical examination protocol for all individuals. Specifically audio, visio, spiro, blood pressure and sugar levels.
- Perform full annual medical examination protocol for all existing ISS employees. Specifically audio, visio, spiro, blood pressure and sugar levels.
- Ensure all results are presented to the OHS Nurse who is responsible for sign off of all reports and medical certificates.
- Present recommendations to line manager.
- Medical records should be recorder and made available to the admin of ILS.
- Monthly reporting to Management on all medicals performed.
- Database compilation and reporting of billing by the 19th of annual medicals

Qualifications and requirements.
- Grade 12 certificate;
- Certificate in Audio, Visio and Spiro measuring with at least 2 years’ experience in performing the specific tests.
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, actively look for ways to help people, and adjust actions concerning others' actions.
- Presentable and professional in working with any level of people Competencies (in order of importance).
