**Your mission**:
We’re seeking a proactive, highly organized **Partnerships Growth Associate** to join our fast-paced partnerships team. In this role, you'll support our outbound partner development efforts, assist in the creation of compelling proposals and concept materials, and help pilot our early demand generation experiments. This role is a critical part of our Partnerships team to identify and develop new business opportunities. You'll work closely with senior team members to develop top-of-funnel campaigns, scope new partnership opportunities, and support end-to-end sales and proposal cycles. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of experience in B2B partnerships or sales development, looking to grow into a full-cycle partnerships role over time.
Key responsibilities include (and are not limited to) the following:
**Sales Development & Campaign Support**
- Assist with the **design and execution of outbound campaigns**, including prospect research, campaign build-out, and follow-up coordination using **HubSpot** and other tools.
- Identify and qualify leads across targeted Fortune 500 companies and select development partners aligned with our strategic focus.
- Ensure HubSpot is consistently updated to maintain accurate reporting, track outreach performance, and support visibility across the top of the funnel.
- Support team in preparing for meetings, including customized decks and background research.
**Proposal & Concept Development**
- Translate internal scoping sessions into high-quality proposals and concept notes tailored to global development and corporate partners.
- Support in budget development and coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and iterate on our proposal and deck library for efficiency and quality.
**Marketing & Ecosystem Enablement (Light Touch)**
- Assist in creating content assets like partner one-pagers, impact snapshots, and case studies.
- Collaborate on storytelling for B2B channels (e.g., LinkedIn) and internal communications.
- Participate in event prep for major convenings (e.g., Davos, UNGA, COP) as needed.
**Your Profile**:
A hands-on **doer** who thrives in **fast-moving startup environments**, with an ability to **prioritize and deliver at a high standard**.
- 2-4 years experience in B2B partnerships, sales development, or business development (ideally in a tech startup, social enterprise, or agency context).
- Strong writing and communication skills—able to craft clear, compelling decks and proposals.
- Highly organized, with a bias for action and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), prospecting tools, and/or campaign management a plus.
- Entrepreneurial problem-solver with a data-driven growth mindset.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment which allows you to adapt and deliver results under pressure.
- Strong understanding of **B2B enterprise growth strategies** (e.g., account-based marketing, inbound/outbound tactics, ecosystem building).
