Production Manager is accountable to ensure all equipment is producing to the plan and the require outputs and standards which are set out by the company.

Ensure that the machines are maintained to the required standard and operated within the health & safety standards.

Will be accountable to build, manage, lead and train the production team and ensure that all work carried out by the team is of the correct standard, and is carried out safely and completed within the required budget.

Will also be accountable for the stock in the warehouse, this includes stock takes, stock utilization, protection of stock from damage.

Lead continual improvement in the plant.
- Excellent time management skills
- Neat and tidy at all times
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner
- Adhere to policies set out by the company and follow all processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and conflict management skills
- Must be able to use Microsoft Suite and software
- Meet targets set out
- Implement solution as required
- Collaborate with other managers, suppliers, services and other staff for effective carrying out of work

Pay: R50 000,00 - R60 000,00 per month
