We are on the hunt to hire a motivated UK Telesales Agent for one of the quickest growing companies in SA to join our fantastic team at Enginuity, Cape Town. Growing your career as a sales specialist is a great opportunity to develop exceptional skills within the technological sales sector.

Your operational requirements would be to contact sales leads supplied, re-engage with existing client pools, conduct needs analysis’s, documenting interactions, managing expectations and fulfilling managerial requirements.

You need to be excellent in communication and articulate thoughts and express ideas effectively using oral, written and non-verbal communication skill.

NB - You will be required to deal with inbound and outbound calls, so we require a neutral british accent.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Trustworthy and responsible
- Punctual and willingness to commit to overtime
- Manage expectations and work towards sales targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised and ability to prioritise effectively
- Not afraid to ask questions or escalate challenges where necessary
- Knowledge on CRM’s and Telecommunications essential
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information and reactions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills - Finding solutions for customers queries
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers’ questions on the products.
- Meeting sales quotas.
- Meeting minimum KPI’s and QA requirement

Package & Remuneration
- Basic Salary: starting from R9,000-R12,000 dependent on industry experience and track record.
