Junior Business Development Support

The incumbent must have the aptitude to grasp and understand technical concepts on product and administrative matters as they will ultimately be providing guidance and training in respect of these.
Main Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Liaising with clients and assisting them in converting to licensee directed solutions where the client opts for it, this includes orphaned, direct or dormant clients
- Assisting the team to manage a programme to convert specific groups of clients to licensee directed solutions
- Building good internal relationship with other areas of the business
- Having a fundamental understanding of investment principles
- Staying abreast of all matters pertaining to company products and services
- Continuously looking to improve processes and address or raise issues that need attention
- Working proactively with other business functions and stakeholders
- Daily monitoring of projects and cases in progress with proactive follow up

- Business Development
- External stakeholders
Other requirements:
- No experience is necessary but it would be to the applicants’ advantage
- The applicant should hold a qualification of at least diploma level, albeit a degree would be more beneficial, in commerce, marketing and or finance converting clients to the licensee directed solutions
