**Job Description**:
+ Oversights delivery of ALL EC Africa Projects, understand status, budget, risks, etc.

+ Oversights delivery of multi-centric projects lead by a PM/DM sitting in EC Africa.

+ Acts as Project Director for major and multi-D projects, specifically during the delivery stage.

+ Supports on engagement and planning activities.

+ Accountable for PM/DM hirings (strategic and non-strategic) for EC Africa.

+ Supports PM/DM (specially reporting him/her) in their day a day duties and project discussions.

+ Can jump into senior management discussions when difficulties on Projects appear, understanding issues, looking for mitigation measures when needed, etc.

+ Assures that reporting, KPIs and Quality Procedures are followed within EC Africa, but also multi-centric Projects that are managed by a PM/DM in EC Africa.

+ Manages P+R of Project Managers/Design Manager included as part of the Project Delivery team.

+ Understands and embrace AECOM PM’s best practices, and AECOM’s PDS and EC GEPs.

+ Has a solid Technical Background on Multidisciplinary Engineering Projects and can contribute to technical discussions when needed

+ Collaborate and coordinate closely with the Integrated Global Project Manager.
