The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to Project Managers and team members by co-ordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **At least 2 years of experience in project co-ordination, project administration roles or related fields**:

- Communication skills - Develop and manage relationships with customers. Assist with project communication plans including meetings, progress reports, project artefacts, stakeholder management, escalation plans, vendor management, 3rd party management. Obtain the necessary approvals.
- Problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills
- Leading the work of a team to achieve all project goals within the given constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, management, Information technology or a related field will be advantageous.
- Project management certifications and/or training will be advantageous (PRINCE 2 or CAPM)
- Experience in project co-ordination and / or project administration will be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of project management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Good technical IT exposure or being technically IT Savvy would be advantageous

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES** **(including, but not limited to)**:

- Assist other project managers with simple, complex and very complex projects. Assist PMO Team Lead with projects and PMO initiatives.
- Administrative duties such as organizing, version control, filing, reporting, reconciling and producing minutes. Assist in managing and organising project artefacts.
- Assist the Project Managers with coordinating project resources and help to set up project meetings. Ensure and schedule resource availability. Assist in arranging and co-ordinating workshops and meetings.
- Assist in drafting and managing organising meeting minutes, attendance registers, recordings, transcripts.
- Assist and support the appropriate Project Team in engagement activities with User Groups and other external project stakeholders to ensure the project is developed to align with agreed objectives and requirements.
- Assist the Project Managers and Project Teams in ensuring projects are developed to align with agreed objectives, requirements, processes, procedures and standards.
- Assist in developing, distributing, presenting and managing Project Progress Reports and Project Schedules
- Develop detailed project plans and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Assist with creating, managing and maintaining risk and issue logs.
- Assist with project budgets in terms of controls, expenses, assets, costs, resources, vendors, and 3rd parties. Assist in obtaining the necessary approvals.
- Assist in managing client deliverables, constraints, and dependencies. Co-ordinate internal and external resources to deliver on project deliverables.
- Assist with the preparation of project reporting mechanisms and ensure they are communicated with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Assisting with keeping project schedules up to date
- Filling and organizing project information through a comprehensive processes, procedures, and tools.
- Support and assist the delivery of projects, including alignment to project scope, budget and program, management of contracts, contract payments and contract administration in conjunction with Project Managers.
- Assist with project time management in terms of resources, timelines, billable and non-billable hours. Provide assistance with tracking overtime. Provide assistance in obtaining the necessary approvals.
- Train and mentor Project Administrators and Interns
