**HR Administrator (junior)**
**Cape Town**

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and **driven HR Administrator** to assist our HR Department with administrative and HR-related tasks - _which is everything_ **EXCEPT RECRUITMENT.** The Administrator should support the Human Resource operations and procedures. To be successful in this role, you should keep abreast of the latest developments in labour legislation, to determine how the company HR policies may be affected. In addition, being able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills are essential for the role.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- 1 - 3 Years’ experience in an HR Department**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field
- Experience in the Technology field
- Basic MS Office Skills

**Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Knowledge of basic principles and practices of record-keeping
- Knowledge of Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Labour Relations Act
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources function
- Co-ordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) and take minutes
- Assist with dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Conduct HR Induction to newly hired employees
- Assist in the facilitation of the onboarding and exit process
- Assist in the creation and development of Human Resources procedures and processes
- Navigate HR Systems
- Store all certifications
- Track birthdays and anniversaries
- Liaise with the Health and Safety Officers
- Keep up to date with all internal policies and procedures
- Facilitate and schedule the employee wellness campaign
- Update and maintain all HR trackers
- Attend and minute all probation meetings
- Act as the first point of contact for all personnel queries
- Track and manage all long service awards
