We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Sales Representative to join our growing team. Our focus is on rewarding top performance, and we offer an attractive commission structure that reflects this philosophy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business by identifying potential customers and promoting our commercial air conditioning products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs, provide accurate quotes, and present tailored commercial air conditioning solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper installation and maintenance of commercial air conditioning systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and emerging technologies in the commercial air conditioning market.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent Saxon Air and identify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Participate in HVAC specific training and sales training programs as part of the job.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in commercial air conditioning sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of commercial air conditioning systems, products, and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

- Base salary (to be specified upon interview) with the potential to earn between R80,000 - R100,000 per month, including commission, based on performance.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including; medical aid, cost re-imbursement, retirement package contributions.
- Ongoing training, including HVAC specific training and sales training, to support professional development and growth.
