**Job Purpose**

To provide support to learners at High School level and students at Tertiary level, by delivering a comprehensive range of information, advice and guidance that promotes wellbeing, safety and academic success. This job requires regular traveling to different locations.

**Duties**
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Student Support Services strategy.
- Ensure that High School learners know about STEM careers as well as University entrance requirements.
- Implement career guidance activities for learners and students.
- Address student/learner queries.
- Support the development of learners/students to prepare them for the workplace.
- Manage the relationship between various stakeholders.
- Work closely with alumni’s', SETAs, Private and Public sectors/Corporate Industries to identify workplace opportunities, Internship and workplace mentoring for Learners and University Graduates.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Communications/Social Sciences (NQF Level 5).
- 2-3 years’ experience in Student Management.
- Own car and a valid drivers license.
