- 2 years’ underground job specific experience or 2 years Engineering specific/minerals processing environment experience

KPA
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Conduct assessment of training using provided evaluation tools
- Follow lesson plan and assessments guides
- Conduct formative assessments / tests to determine the level of competency
- Ensure compliance and consistency on turnaround times with regards to training of employees
- Determine training interventions in area of responsibility
- Communicate, enforce and maintain the classroom rules as approved by the center
