Our client in the Mining Industry has an opportunity available for a Learning and Development Officer to be based in the Thabazimbi, Limpopo area.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 certificate
- NQF Level 5 ETD /HR /HRD / Training
- Blasting certificate of Competency or equivalent MQA Rock Breaker certificate NQF level 3
- Assessor Certificate
- Moderator Certificate
- 2 years’ experience in a training environment and 2 years technical experience in mining or related fields
- Computer literate for role (MS Package)

KPAs:

- Supervise and manage the training Instructors and Assessors under the Mining and Mining Services disciplines
- Manage the Ex-leave training, new skills training, refresher and ad hoc training
- Ensure compliance to accreditation requirements for the discipline
- Contribute to the development and revision of the learning materials
- Ensure proper record keeping
