We're looking for a passionate Brand Director who can help us shape the future of our clients' brands. You will drive the look, feel, and tone across all consumer touchpoints and be creatively responsible for how the brand expresses its values, purpose, people, and product.

This influential role will grow and lead our team of marketing creatives (copywriter, graphic and production designers, etc.) from creative strategy to brand-right ideation, and finally consumer-focused execution.

You will lead creative strategy, brand narrative, digital and social media, brand experience, art direction and copy messaging to create meaning, not just content, for our audience.

You will have complete oversight of the marketing look and feel, budgetary, structural, and agency and partner responsibilities.

You will have a blend of creative vision and business sense. This role is essential to our team and is at the center of how we shape brand expressions, elevate, and evolve.

What you’ll be doing:
Lead a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and producers

Ensure consistent and brand-right creative concepts and executions with an accurate reflection of brand values, purpose, and vision

Work with internal and external strategic and creative partners to create expressions that generate brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimate product conversion

Refine and manage marketing’s creative process from concept to completion

Translate business and marketing objectives into clear creative strategies

Mentor, lead, and continually develop creative team members to foster a collaborative, creative work environment

Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small-scale projects, seasonal campaigns, and long-term brand health, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology

Develop internal marketing campaigns and activations that translate marketing objectives across business partners into clear and motivating creative strategies

Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges

Be a hands-on designer when require

Help set the organization’s vision and actively align efforts to achieve success, create team assignments, and actively engage team members to achieve goals

Promote the team’s mission and goals internally and externally

Qualifications to be successful in this role:
8+ years of experience building amazing brands

Extensive experience in both paid and organic social media with a focus on video content development, treatment creation, directing and editing

Passionate for social media, particularly expressing concepts in video, and are able to provide best practice guidance all major platforms including Instagram and TikTok

Capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities

Background in design, brand communications

Experience concepting, designing and art directing campaigns across marketing channels and digital media, with a focus on video/motion and still photography

Goal oriented, with demonstrated success in managing through ambiguity and change in a fast-paced, complex environment

Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills to synthesize, develop, present and build consensus around clear and concise recommendations

Positive thinker always looking to help make things better
