A leading school in PMB is looking for a suitably qualified person to join their team. We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking and self assured individual who is also expected to have the following competency profile:

- Must be able to work under pressure and consistently delivery accurate outputs
- Deadline driven
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced MS Excel and and Pastel Accounting

**Duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Monitoring overdue debtors accounts, contacting defaulting debtors for payments and setting up payment arrangements
- Reconciling the debtors accounts on an ongoing basis, preparing monthly debtors reports for management
- Preparing delinquent accounts for legal action and following up with the school attorneys with regards to all handed over accounts, including preparing for quarterly meetings
- Annual duties will include handling the Fee Exemptions process, from initial interview of applicants, issuing forms to parents through to compiling budgets and reports for FinCom, SGB and KZNDOE
- Administration and budgeting for reciprocal and other agreements, including early settlement
- Prepare for the AGM, update the resolutions and prepare the year end circulars

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Relevant Degree or Diploma
- At least 5 years work experience in a Credit Control / Debtors role
- Knowledge of the South African School's Act and National Credit Act
