**Job Description**:
**Contract Length/Duration**: 6 months _(with potential to extend)_

Our client, a leading global IT solutions and services organization is seeking a Marketing Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of marketing materials, campaigns, and digital assets. This role involves conducting thorough quality checks, performing audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold marketing standards and best practices. The Marketing QA Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining brand integrity and delivering high-quality marketing materials to enhance customer experience.

**What you will do**:

- Conduct comprehensive quality checks to identify errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from established standards in marketing deliverables.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, creative teams, and copywriters to provide feedback, suggest improvements, and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance processes, checklists, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Perform audits on marketing campaigns, landing pages, and conversion funnels to assess performance, identify areas for optimization, and recommend enhancements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product development, legal, compliance, and design, to align marketing activities with overall organizational objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to marketing and advertising to ensure compliance and improve quality assurance processes.
- Document and communicate quality assurance findings, metrics, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing testing strategies, including A/B testing, usability testing, and user experience evaluations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, workflows, and quality assurance methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field or relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in marketing quality assurance, quality control, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and advertising standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills.
- Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to marketing and advertising is a plus.
- Experience in a marketing, creative or advertising agency is preferred.
