We are looking for an experienced, self motivated and vibrant Administrator to foster efficient sales and after sales service to match the clientele at our newly revamped outlet.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
In our efforts to put our visitors first always, the Administrator will assume responsibility of our tried and tested prescribed processes on a daily basis. This entails having the leadership qualities to manage all administration and be the support liaison to the sales staff and Manager.

**STORE READINESS FOR TRADE**:

- Staff tools are checked and managed daily
- Computers and media devices are switched on and troubleshooting completed should there be a technical issue
- Stationery replenished
- Cleanliness of the Store: Cleaner management on a daily, weekly, monthly roster.
- Bins are emptied and are in place
- Participating in Power meeting daily and energising staff

**BACK OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You must ensure that operationally there is a smooth flow of communication from back office to the sales floor. This must be an orderly and well organised back office to support:

- Issuing devices and simcard stock to sales staff speedily
- Ensuring all Contracts, Upgrades and Insurance claims processed have required documentation as per Vodacom business rules
- Daily Reconciliation - Paper work corresponds accurately to till receipt, Vodacom dealsheet and systems (MII/C3D and VPP respectively)
- Daily customer care calls for activations eg. simswops, new contracts and connectivity.
- Follow up calls 6 days a week for any pending paperwork, activations. All escalations must be done speedily and with urgency.
- Capturing of all staff Contracts, Connectivity, Insurance, Prepaid and Upgrade sales.
- Capturing all items owing to clients with daily follow up call to customer
- Daily capturing of prepaid claims and reconciliation
- Capturing and ensuring all add on Value Added Services, Migrations, and change of details are followed through daily until completed with courtesy call to customer.
- Processing Transfer of ownership and keeping customer up to date until completed
- Assisting sales staff with deal matches and decline reviews
- Assisting with Customer complaints with speedy resolution
- Filing of all paperwork daily
- Answering the telephone within 3 rings when all staff are busy
- Assisting Store Manager with Sales figures

**REPAIR DEVICES**
- Checking all Jobcards match to make and model of device and condition/scratches, dents and marks are noted and customer signature for acceptance thereof.
- Capturing all Repairs and OBFs and ensuring despatched to repair centre immediately with daily follow up and updating client until repair is received, checked and collected by client.
- Management of Loan devices issued to customers with checks completed on issue and return from customer to the Store.
- Arranging delivery when needed to facilitate customer experience

**STOCK MANAGEMENT**
- Assisting Store Manager to check, load, date and pack stock.
- Management of aged stock with date stamps to reduce redundancy.
- Assisting with merchandising to ensure you are knowledgeable when assisting customer
- Ensuring all staff have an updated stock on hand report daily

**HR ASSISTANT TO MANAGER**
- Assisting Store manager with Biometric staff clocking via Trac Tech Time Management and Registers
- Staff uniform management as per Vodacom prescribed dress code
- Assigning a tea and lunch roster for shifts to ensure smooth flow of staff rotation on sales floor

**SALES ASSISTANT**
- Pitching calls to clients with eligibility to upgrade and insurance offerings
- Checking coverage for Connectivity options and quoting on pricing
- Assisting on sales floor as and when needed

The incumbent must have the following Vodacom experience:
Minimum 3 years Administration experience in a Vodacom Retail Store

Vodacom MII, C3D, Skyline, VPP systems experience

Proficient in Excel and able to filter and data sort information

**Nelson Mandela Square is a prime dining location so we trade until 7:30pm from Monday to Thursday and 9am to 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Sundays and public holidays - 9am to 6pm**

You will be required to work shifts which will alternate weekly.
