We are looking for an Administrative Specialist who will play a pivotal role in supporting the administrative, operational, and creative aspects of our growing and exciting startups. Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the leadership team andstartup managers.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Organize meetings, take meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
2. Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of key projects related to data analytics, e-commerce, social media management, and online courses.
- Maintain project documentation, track progress, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
3. Creative Support:
- Participate in light technical work on creative projects, such as content creation, video editing, or graphic design.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the production of high-quality digital content.
4. Customer Care (E-commerce):
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews and assist in improving customer satisfaction.
5. Social Media Management:
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media strategies and content schedules.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and help in building a strong online presence.
6. General Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Oversee the general cleanliness and functionality of the office space (virtual or physical).
- Manage vendor relationships and office maintenance.
7. Data and Documentation Management:
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records, files, and databases.
- Ensure that data and documentation are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Key Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS-Office software and an aptitude for learning new tools.
- Adaptability and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Creative skills in areas like content creation, graphic design, or video editing (desired but not mandatory).
- Customer service skills, with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Qualities:
- Tertiary Qualification in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly in a startup or similar field.
- A passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and a proactive problem solver.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Enthusiasm for data analytics, e-commerce, social media, and online courses.

- This will be a remote role initially.
