A manufacturing in company in Phoenix is looking for a qualified Supervisor:
As a Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team or department within the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly, goals are met, and employees are supported in their roles. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a dedication to fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues in a timely and constructive manner.
- Identify training needs within the team and coordinate training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the team's productivity and effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to improve performance.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Serve as a liaison between upper management and team members
- Reporting to your Superiors regarding production goals, quality, work performance
- Enforcing disciplinary actions on defaulters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing industry best practices and regulations.

- Phoenix Park, KwaZulu-Natal (required)
