**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of road construction and maintenance projects.
- Coordinate with site agents, contractors, and engineers to ensure projects are implemented efficiently and in compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery within scope.
- Compile and review technical reports, plans, and documentation to meet client and legislative requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, service providers, and other key stakeholders to support project alignment and success.
- Address and resolve client issues or complaints, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Monitor service delivery, gather client feedback, and produce reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Education**: National Diploma in Civil Engineering or higher.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in road construction in roles such as Site Agent, Contracts Manager, or Resident Engineer.
- **Location**:Must be based in **East London** or willing to relocate.
