**The Role**
- Manage the launch of new product, along with the Product life cycle and implementation process.
- Under the guidance of and in conjunction with the Business Line Manager implement and drive the Desoutter 3yr Strategic period plans.
- Solid understanding in marketing fundamentals (product, price, place and promotion).
- Achieve of the monthly and annual orders received ( OR) and orders invoiced ( OI ) budgets.
- Adhere to and maintain the budgeted Gross Profit parameters.
- Strategically plan, develop and ensure a sustainable revenue pipeline with direct customers and partners.
- Implement the Desoutter pricing strategy according to company policies and market needs.
- Responsibility for the entire sales process - sales strategy, offer development and negotiation up to the conclusion of the contract.
- Project Manage complex sales solutions.
- Customer / technical support and coordination of technical issues in conjunction with Service Engineer.
- Drive a value-based sales approach promoting our products features and benefits and competitive advantages.
- Defend the value proposition and life cycle cost benefits ( ROI ) to the customer.
- You independently look after the major customers entrusted to you mainly in the automotive and tiers industry but also in the general industry and accordingly demonstrate active key account management.
- Coordinate presentations, provide technical support and training to customers / partners.
- Develop an understanding and collect information, as appropriate, to clarify the needs of the customer or the sales group to better facilitate addressing those needs and expectations.
- Develop deep customer insights through excellent customer relationships.
- Co-ordinate marketing activities such as road shows at various customer OEM’s.
- Liaising with the product company in France for product support, technical queries, quality complaints and all other general enquires / feedback.
- Manage and actively update the CRM system.
- Assisting Logistics and Finance where and when required.
- Cross functional support of other business lines when needed.
- Work independent work in a high performance, team-oriented environment and be flexible enough to manage demanding and challenging tasks. We operate in modern environment with state-of-the-art means of communication - time management and self-motivation is essential.
- Superior people skills needed to engage with customers at all levels, technician to process engineers and plant manager.

- Excellent MS Office competency. Any 3D/CAD experience would be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Well organized.
- Ability to read parts list and drawings.
- Initiative and self-motivation.
- Challenged by varied work demands / routines.
- Strong customer and quality focus with ability to keep commitments seek feedback and continuously drive customer satisfaction.
