**What You Have Done Before**
Baseline
- NQF level 7 (Degree or Advanced)
- Diploma in Supply Chain/ Engineering/Finance
- 2-3 years Quality Assurance experience
- 2 years’ experience in Auditing and managing suppliers
- Experience within the Operations environment

Advantages- Qualified 1st and 2nd party Auditor
- Lubricants/ Manufacturing experience

**What You Will Be Doing**
SUPPLIER AGREEMENTS- Prepare scope of supply for 3rd party manufacturers of finished lubricants in consultation with stakeholders, drive procurement and manage the technical adjudication process.
- Define SLA's for suppliers ensuring performance to required standards.
- Manage 3rd party manufacturers through monthly & quarterly performance reviews and supplier audits
- QUALITY ASSURANCE- Evaluate 3rd party manufacturers ensuring their compliance to Engen and other applicable product quality assurance standards.
- Lead assurance audits at 3rd party manufacturers and ensure effective and prompt closure of audit findings.
- Approve RCA and CA for non-conformances or complaints

OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY- Define operations excellence initiatives to create a culture of process improvement at all 3rd party manufacturers that reduces manufacturing cost thereby contributing to Engen's competitiveness
- Manage Supplier OTIF to meet customer requirements.
- Optimise inventory at all facilities to avoid dead stock and excessive inventory.
- BENCHMARKING- Benchmark blenders/ manufacturers and identify improvement opportunities
