**Job Description**:

- Serves as a fully capable professional in an architectural design team.
- The Senior Architect plans (including hours + resources), schedules, organizes, coordinates and executes the design work on any/all phases of development on small to medium scale international projects (or distinct portions of larger projects), with regular interaction with an Associate or designated senior team member.
- Able to proactively identify opportunities to support the discipline area's overall growth locally as part of the Enterprise Capabilities offering.
- Performing basic to advanced architectural calculations.
- Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.
- Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
- Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
- Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.
- May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
- May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting

**Qualifications**:

- Qualification: MArch Professional
- Registered with SACAP as a Professional Architect
- Years of Experience: 10+
- Preferred Software: AutoCAD; Revit; Rendering software, i.e., Enscape/Lumion/Twinmotion; Microsoft Office programs, e.g. Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Additional software which will be beneficial: BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud; Adobe software such as PhotoShop
