**Solution Architect Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **Solution Architect** to design and implement high-quality technology solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements. The Solution Architect will play a critical role in defining system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and IT professionals.

**Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design**:

- Develop and document high-level and detailed solution designs based on business needs and industry best practices.
- Define technical architecture, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or migrations to new technologies.
- Ensure alignment between IT strategies, business objectives, and technical solutions.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and senior management to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communicate architectural decisions and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between development teams, IT operations, and business units to ensure seamless integration.

**Technology & Innovation**:

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate new technologies and approaches.
- Establish best practices and frameworks for software development, cloud adoption, and system integration.

**Governance & Standards**:

- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Define and enforce architectural principles, development guidelines, and coding standards.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide mentorship to development teams.

**Implementation & Support**:

- Provide guidance during the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architecture and design principles.
- Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to ensure smooth deployments and system stability.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, systems architecture, or related roles.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
- Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
- Expertise in security, data modeling, and infrastructure design.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Solution Architecture certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF Certification, etc.).
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and big data technologies.
