This position collaborates with the Quality Assurance Specialists to ensure a high quality localized product that meets the company's guidelines on learning activities including courses, assessments, games, and more. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Localization Specialist uses product/project management tools and develops standards for localization partners to refine the technical requirements needed to facilitate content localization. **Responsibilities**: - Manage assigned translation and localization projects - Ensure quality of all localization projects including proofreading and editing of localized content to ensure it meets highest quality standards - Select localization vendor for projects from approved vendor list, and manage this relationship through each project including approving disbursement of payments for completed services. - Work across global internal and vendor teams on multi-language localization projects to ensure successful completion of activities - Constantly develop and evolve standards and processes for content localization - Assist in the creation of guidelines and documentation to maintain and improve the quality of localization work by vendors - Take an active role in creating and supporting content that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive as outlined in the KnowBe4 DEI statement. - Ensure content is Web Content Accessible Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) compliant so that our content is accessible to all users. **Minimum Qualifications**: - B.S./B.A. or M.S/M.A in Intercultural Studies or related field of study (or comparable work experience) required - 3+ years of relevant experience working with eLearning courseware development - Language skills: Written and spoken fluency in English, other languages are an advantage - Cross-cultural sensitivity and competency - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Skilled in translation technologies, MS 365, and other basic computer programs and functions - Excellent time management and organization skills **Our Fantastic Benefits** - Note: An applicant assessment and background check may be part of your hiring procedure._ No recruitment agencies, please.
