**Temporary Commercial Maintenance Plumber Needed**

We are seeking an experienced **Commercial Maintenance Plumber** to join our team from **December through to the end of January** in the **Johannesburg North Eastern Suburbs**.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **10 years** working with shopping centers and business parks.
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in commercial plumbing systems, including installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ability to prepare accurate **quotations** for plumbing work.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with property managers, tenants, and the team.
- **License**: Valid driver’s license.
- **Habits**: Sober habits are a must.

**Details**:

- **Location**: Johannesburg North Eastern Suburbs.
- **Duration**:December 2024 - January 2025** (Temporary position).
- **Compensation**: Competitive pay based on experience.
