Our client in the Mining Industry, has an opportunity available for a Contracts Specialist in the Pretoria area. This will be a contract position.

**Requirements**:

- BA Law (Essential minimum and/or)
- B Degree (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
- Certificate First Line Management (Essential/Minimum)
- 3-5 years experience in supply chain or related
- 3-5 years experience in procurement, contract management experience
- Adept in working with MS Office, various databases and contract management systems

KPA’s
- Ensure supplier stakeholders comply with relevant regulatory requirements
- Compile and manage contracts with service providers
- Evaluate contract stipulations and provide recommendations
- Maintain a database of supplier information and continuously ensure that integrity and quality of data are relevant and of required standard
- Conduct monthly reporting on contracting process
- Compile tender documentation as per project
