DutiesIdentify and support implementation of process and system enhancements to continuously improve commercial management processFacilitate commercial process to ensure adherence to ethical principlesIdentify, evaluate and support business partners to develop disciplined sourcing execution capabilitiesWork with various stakeholders to expand supply chain contentNegotiate and monitor savingsAdminister tender process including adjudication of tendersAgree adjudication matrix with project teams and negotiate regarding suppliers contract terms and conditionsCompile, evaluate, manage and maintain all contract related affairs regarding stipulations, recommendations and adherence to contractual rights and obligationsEstablish, manage, maintain, approve or seek approval of contractsContribute to supplier development including Local Economic DevelopmentResolve contract disputesSupport on-boarding of new suppliers and manage supplier relationshipsProvide relevant and specialized support to applicable stakeholdersCollaborate and communicate with suppliersBuild sound relationships with Business Unit (BU) end-users, key suppliers and Supply Chain (SC) ManagementWork with contractors, consultants, Project Managers and BU end-users by providing contract specialist skillsQualifications and RequirementsB Degree 3-5 years relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Contract Management or related experience.Understanding of Enterprise Resources Planning and Cloud based procurement solutions (e.g. SAP MM, Coupa).Strong understanding of Information Management (IM) Certificate First Line Management
