Recruitment Advisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Stakeholder Management**: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
- **Recruitment Metrics**: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies.
- **Onboarding**: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position with occasional travel for recruitment events and networking opportunities.
Pay: R20 000,00 per month
