Our client is looking to appoint a highly motivated individual to provide administrative support to Recruitment department based in Cape Town.
**Job Purpose
**The main purpose of this position is to provide an efficient, effective and professional administrative recruitment service by coordinating a number of key functions involved with the recruitment
**Key performance Responsibilities**:
- Assemble and provide information packs for applicants.
- Respond to requests/queries regarding employment vacancies and recruitment processes
- Ensure all relevant documentation is accessible and available for Recruitment Advisors and Selection Committee Members
- Assist with setting of Skype / Telephonic Conference Interviews prior to set time, pre-testing and ensuring smooth running process (e.g. workstations for assessments are set etc)
- Liaise with caterers, departmental administrators re venues and other requirements.
- Coordinate multiple diaries and arrange meetings between selection committees
- Create purchase orders.
- Receive, validate and process invoices.
- Liaise with vendors (guest houses, caterers, transport companies
- Shadow the Recruitment Advisor at selection committee meetings from time to time
**Minimum requirements**:
- National senior certificate (NQF 4)
- At least 2 years administrative experience in a large/complex organization.
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes is desirable.
**Other**:
- Good customer service
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- High working standard and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Ability to take initiative and be able to multi-task
- Good verbal and written communication
