- Build and increase brand awareness: Use the client's brand positioning and tone of voice to create content appealing to the identified target market
- Write, edit, proofread, and ensure timely updates to the project team and internal stakeholders.
- Generating, managing, and overseeing social media content through collaboration with business stakeholders within various sectors of the company.
- Conceptualizing maverick ideas with the Conceptual team/Graphic designer or Creative Director.
- Ensure professional plain Language standards are maintained, by providing a reviewing function to the communications team for all communications on behalf of key stakeholders
- Give structure and optimise communications to different audiences, including channel representatives, financial advisers, and clients.
- Works with the Traffic & Studio Manger to ensure that everything is proofread & approved before any copy is published for consumer or client consumption.
- Executing digital and social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Frequently improving social data/metrics insights and best practices through capturing, analyzing and acting on information
- Support the marketing function with quality ideas and collateral by empowering clients on their journey to success and telling good stories
