- As the Clicks SCPO/CATMAN Team Lead, you will lead a team of supply chain planning and optimization experts responsible for the successful implementation, optimisation and support of Blue Yonder's SCPO and CATMAN solutions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient supply chain operations for our business and will be responsible for driving team performance and delivering high-quality solutions.**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:

- Manage and lead a team of Clicks and 3rd party consultants and technical experts support the Blue Yonder SCPO and CATMAN systems.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

**Project Management**:

- Oversee and coordinate multiple SCPO and CATMAN implementation projects and change requests.
- Set project priorities, allocate resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
- ** Business Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong business stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Understand the business’ supply chain requirements and collaborate with the team to tailor SCPO solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure high business satisfaction by delivering quality services and solutions.

**Vendor Management**:

- Vendor Performance Monitoring & Continual assessment of vendor performance
- Issue Resolution - ensure that problems are addressed promptly and necessary Vendor related incident and issue artefacts are in place from the Vendor.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships. This includes assessing security and compliance risks, ensuring data protection, and having contingency plans in case a vendor experiences disruptions.
- Building positive and collaborative relationships with vendors for mutual success

**Technical Expertise**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of Blue Yonder SCPO and CATMAN software and its capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team and clients when needed.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and challenges.
- Understand the nightly batch runs in ControlM and manage the support

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and accuracy of SCPO solutions.
- Address technical issues and provide troubleshooting support when required.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, status reports, and IT and business-related artefacts.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on team performance and project status.

**Minimum requirements**

**Skills, Experience and Job Related Knowledge**:

- Proven experience with Blue Yonder SCPO software and supply chain planning and optimization.
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Experience in managing teams in the software implementation or supply chain field.
- Familiarity with supply chain and logistics industry trends and best practices.
- Oracle PL/SQL experience
- Oracle server experience
