Role Purpose To lead the team that intergrates with Service Provider Networks, Internal Business Units and IT in providing intergration services for the orgranization. - Determine opportunities to streamline manual processes and develop automated processes. - Making smart recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through the use of technology and technical methods and methodologies. - Recognising opportunities for business change, communicate them persuasively to appropriate stakeholders. - Leads technical assignments which involve specialists from various disciplines, and takes responsibility for the quality, timely delivery and appropriateness of the team. - Facilitate and or resolve high level queries, requests and complaints that operational areas are not able to resolve - Participates in the development of and/or review of standards, documentation and methods of working in the relevant area of expertise. - Assists others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommends smart (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely) solutions. - Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets - Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports - Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. - Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. - Collect, review and log data totals into QA related database for reporting and ensure accuracy and report deliverables' timelines. - Test reports, assist with data analysis and use problem solving skills to determine problems' root cause and suggest solutions. - Set up and manage centralised data and reporting database for the Governance and Quality Assurance team. Requirements - Grade 12 - Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous - Minimum 5 years' experience in the Medical Aid Industry - Gap analysis in system and processes review - Translation of business requirement to systems - General support of data field interpretations - Excellent understanding of the interrelations of the functional areas with internal and external parties/role players Advanced computer literacy in MS Office - Ability to work in a pressurized environment - A high focus on customer satisfaction - Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision - Be able to interact at all levels of the organisation internally and externally Be able to work under pressure managing strict deadlines and Service Level Agreement (SLA) Duties & Responsibilities Operational Business Processes - Provide high quality business operation and technical l support to ensuring that the organisational processes are maintained. - Liaise and build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Investigate and resolve any business escalations received and ensure accurate and timeous resolution. - Participate in external and internal audits where applicable. Projects - Analyse, actively participate and drive all internal and external stakeholders projects where applicable by liaising with the project manager and business analyst in order to execute project expectations which include both system and business processes. - Ensure that all projects are completed professionally, timeously and in line with auditable requirements. - Co-ordinate and manage the link between the external and internal business partners and IT and where necessary interpret and ensure the implementation of any changes.
