Independent Wealth Manager

With the provision of significant qualified leads, the Wealth Manager''''s main responsibility is to drive penetration into the banking customer base through relationship building and offering clients fully independent wealth and financial planning solutions.
- Independent Practitioner Partnership model vs Traditional Employment model:
The Independent Practitioner Partnership model will allow the independent practitioner to:
- Operate using the banks FSP License and platform (local and international).
- Own 70% revenue of the book plus revenue generated from cross-sales.
- Be provided with extensive, qualified leads on a regular basis (Wealth Managers who operate in this capacity receive 95% of their leads from within the group).
- Be provided with comprehensive business support, product
- and service support, as well as advisory service whenever needed.
- Establish or make use of a physical practice with bank-approved premises, branding, and furnishings.
- Have the option / ability to build or scale your own practice (up to 60 people) with absolute management autonomy and full enablement support.
- Have the option / ability to sell 70% of your book to the bank or a bank-approved partner upon resignation or retirement.
For the Traditional Employment model, the employee will:
- Receive an annual package comprising of a salary + bank benefits (annual CTC), as well as discretionary, performance-based short
- and long-term incentives (STI/LTI).
- Report to the Regional Head, working from the banks local head office.
- Significant penetration of the banks clients base (internal referrals, client handovers, and fully-segmented leads).
- Internal support and client engagement activities with Specialists across all of the banks products and services (investments, philanthropy, complex structuring, etc.).
- Have the ability for internal promotion and/or specialisation within the bank.
