We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our AVBOB Dream Team as Field Agents. As an AVBOB Field Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and referring the AVBOB Funeral Cash Back plan to potential clients. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, build relationships, and ultimately increase the number of policyholders. This is an exciting opportunity to earn a competitive commission while making a difference in people's lives during challenging times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote the AVBOB Funeral Cash Back plan to individuals and communities, using various marketing and sales techniques.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach activities.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and explain the benefits of the AVBOB Funeral Cash Back plan.
- Conduct thorough and compliant needs assessments to recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and claims.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage policy renewals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and AVBOB product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a drive for achieving targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales software or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of funeral insurance products and the South African insurance market is advantageous.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
