**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

To meet expected sales targets

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

**AND EXPERIENCE**
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- 6 months contact centre sales experience
- Insurance industry experience advantageous
- English (Second Language Advantageous)
- Must be able to work on Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook (Basic)

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Convince potential clients
- Achieve targets
- Ensure that all sales are in line with financial services compliance standards
- Ensure that call quality standards are maintained
- Accurately capture data provided by clients

- Strong verbal communication ability (English)

**WORKING HOURS**

Monday to Friday 8.00 to 17.00 or as per campaign requirements.
