**Position Title**:Digital Strategist

**Reporting to**:Managing Director

**Based at**:Midrand Head Office

**Job Purpose and Overview**:
The purpose of the Executive Personal Assistant is to provide support to the Executive Office and conduct general office duties. This role represents the executive suite of the organisation and is critical to the structure and administrative quality at all times.

**Responsibilities**:
**General**:

- Managing digital strategy development and implementation
- Re-writing or defining the necessary operational policies of execution across the digital operations department (SEO, PPC & Social Media)
- Monthly reporting.
- Technical client account management
- Managing client campaign briefs & execution
- Communication to team and management on strategy development & execution, timelines and results.
- Liaise with development partners on applicable development projects or technical SEO implementations to ensure the correct tasks are worked on and the launches happen as planned.

**Digital Strategy**:

- Build the applicable digital strategy for digital operations execution, once the creative strategy has been received from the Creative Department.
- Ensure all clients are onboarded correctly, as per the process provided.
- Ensure monthly SEO implementation, management and reporting.
- Ensure monthly PPC implementation, management & reporting.
- Keep pace with the latest digital marketing trends and market shifts, ensuring up-to-date certifications.
- Effectively analyse the digital operations processes, constantly improving the process for better team output and client return on investment.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Technical Search Engine Optimisation on client websites (Create implementation specs for developers).
- On-page Search Engine Optimisation on the client websites (Create implementation specs for the developers).
- Administer search engine programs, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and tools like WebCEO, SEMRush, ScreamingFrog & any others that improve the SEO operational function.
- Arrange monthly dev and SEO meetings and write meeting minutes for each meeting. (where applicable)

Keep up to date with all Google products like Google My Business and Google Data Studio
